This exhibition seeks to educate, empower and encourage others about the recovery journey and shine a light on the impact on children. Audience will be able to read a short handwritten narration, accompanied with creative photography to personalise their stories and admire the artistic interpretation and reflections of their childhood and adult journey
- [Intentional paper making and book binding workshop](https://sleeplessfestival.com/intentional-paper-making-and-book-binding-workshop/): This is a two day workshop occurring on the Friday and Sunday of Sleepless.  In the first workshop participants will be invited to write their intentions on scrap paper which will be collectively ripped up and blended together. Once a rich pulp of intention is created, paper will be made using mould and deckles.  In the second workshop participants will be invited to bind their now dry hand made intention paper into books.
